My communications experience includes 12 years as a daily newspaper reporter writing about people, business, finance, courts, government, politics, crime, transportation, environment, health and schools.
An editor for 18 years, I joined a copy desk for five years, then managed a news and business bureau in a busy downtown before my promotion to metro editor in charge of an entire newsroom.
My most recent assignment was online and assistant metro editor with The Star-Ledger in Newark, N.J., where I wrote, assigned and headlined copy for the Pulitzer Prize-winning paper in the state's largest city, and online for nj.com. For more info about me and my work: writenowworks.com.
TechMan, co-author of WMB, has more than 25 years’ experience as a product development chemist and a senior market analyst.
As a product development chemist, he developed inks and coatings for the imaging industry. Many of these products are big revenue generators for several worldwide corporations.

As a senior market research analyst, TechMan designed market research studies, acted as a strategic planner, and forecasted imaging supplies for major OEM clients. His forecast models included over 25 product segments and included inkjet fluids and components, media, and toner products.
His clients included Hewlett-Packard, Xerox, Canon, Epson, Avery-Dennison, Sensient, Fuji Photo Film, DuPont, Kodak, International Paper, Weyerhaeuser, and Domtar.
TechMan, now a sales consultant for state-of-the-art materials for a worldwide company, also acts as an industry and market consultant for international companies studying new consumer trends.
